We offer an innovative approach to personalized training and coaching. The attention to detail and knowledge of the game of our coaches leads each player to excellence. Coaches communicate their enthusiasm and push players out of their comfort zone to learn new skills and insist on repetition to reinforce those already acquired.
Athletes are sometimes coached in individual sessions and sometimes in small numbers (2 or 3 players). On the individual sessions the athlete is supported by 2 coaches in order to optimize the teaching. Our coaches are distinguished by their ability to demonstrate technical gestures with precision. All have attended a high level of practice and officiate during the season as a personal trainer. After a study and an evaluation of the weak points and the strong points of each participant, the speakers propose a program adapted to the needs.

Precision and intensity are the key words. Also, on certain sequences, the coach trains with the athlete. It offers opposition and constraints and thus allows a better transfer of knowledge and motivation. All the physical preparation part is carefully studied to allow the athlete to recover from the previous season and to approach the coming season in the best conditions.
